Grace Eagan is the Director, Language Services and Digital Strategy at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services. Drawing on a wide range of language access work, including front line interpreting, interpreter and end user training, and managing language service delivery, she advocates for and promotes best practices in preferred language data collection and language access in health and social services. Grace has served on the boards of Thyroid Cancer Canada, Healthcare Interpretation Network, and the Ontario Council on Community Interpreting. Research interests include pain communication and informed consent across language barriers.
