Sheena Wright, BScN, RN, is an accomplished healthcare professional and leader with more than 25 years of experience in nursing, clinical leadership, long-term care, occupational health and safety, and healthcare program development. She began her nursing career in 1998 as a Practical Nurse and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dalhousie University in 2008. Her professional education also includes studies in Disability Case Management and Occupational Health and Safety.0
Throughout her career, Sheena has held progressive roles including Clinical Lead, Health and Safety Nurse, Senior Clinical Manager, Consultant, and Executive Director, providing leadership in clinical practice, quality improvement, program development, risk management, and community-based healthcare. She is currently the CEO of Frequency Strategy Group and Executive Director of Alchemy Community Healthcare Center, where she brings her extensive clinical and leadership experience to advancing innovative, accessible, and community-focused healthcare solutions.
